Objective - Strong
STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to music. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep. We want you to leave and ask yourself... “Did I burpee when the bass dropped?"

Objective - Stretch
A perfect compliment to your challenging workouts. Our stretch class helps to let you flow. We use different props to aid in massaging and deep stretching. With a dash of restorative yoga & pilates principals and a little bit of meditation we will help to ease tight muscles, and experience a full-body relaxation.
