Ballet Dancer on Floor

Objective - Barre Burn

A full-body burn that makes raising your heart rate fun. The HIIT training format and use of the barre is highly efficient and keeps your body burning fuel long after you’ve left our studio. Let's spike your heart rate and get the most out of your time!

Objective - Strong

STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to music. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep. We want you to leave and ask yourself... “Did I burpee when the bass dropped?"  

Yes, you did, and it was awesome!

Boxing Gloves

Objective - Box & Blaze

45 Minutes of heart pumping boxing and cardio drills. Focusing on conditioning and toning your whole body.


If you are wanting to sweat this is your class. Gloves are provided, in case you don't have your own.

Objective - Circuit Sweat

Boot camps can be fun! Our high energy HIIT style class is made up of 7-minute drills, aimed at building strength, and burning calories and, of course, testing your limits!

Yoga Practice

Objective -  Stretch 

A perfect compliment to your challenging workouts. Our stretch class helps to let you flow. We use different props to aid in massaging and deep stretching.  With a dash of restorative yoga & pilates principals and a little bit of meditation we will help to ease tight muscles, and experience a full-body relaxation.

Dance Class

Objective - Pace

Pace is all about maximum output of energy in a short amount of time (we only have 30 minutes together)!


This is a full body workout, where the music is fierce and the workout is even fiercer. The pace is quick and you will love it!



Objective - Pilates Tone

The best of pilates and functional fitness, our tone classes offer serious sculpting in the form of exercises that deliver every time! Tune-up and tighten with an emphasis on core, arms, glutes and thighs. No frills (but plenty of burn).

Working Out in Gym

Objective - TRX Circuit

Suspension training at its absolute best! 


The TRX Suspension Trainer is the best-in-class workout system that uses gravity and your own bodyweight to perform various exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because  your body position changes the resistance.


Zumba Class

Objective - Zumba

Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.

Taking the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check and CHECK!
