We offer a range of different style classes, because who doesn't want options? We also offer Private Personal Training & Small Group Training, Mums and Bub's classes and Pre & Postnatal Training and Nutrition.
At The Body Objective, we truly believe that our own wellbeing gives us confidence to do more and be more.
And often gives you the chance to have a moment of you time too.

CLASSES
Objective - Stretch & Sip
A perfect compliment to your challenging workouts. Our stretch class helps to let you flow. We use different props to aid in massaging and deep stretching. With a dash of pilates principals and a little bit of meditation we will help to ease tight muscles, and experience a full-body relaxation, with a bonus glass of wine.
