We are all about encouraging you to work towards better health and fitness through exercise, in a Studio that is safe, powerful and welcoming.
 
Taking some time for yourself (because life is crazy),
and helping you build your body, tone it and give it strength.

We offer a range of different style classes, because who doesn't want options?   We also offer Private Personal Training & Small Group Training, Mums and Bub's classes and Pre & Postnatal Training and Nutrition.
 
At The Body Objective, we truly believe that our own wellbeing gives us confidence to do more and be more.  
And often gives you the chance to have a moment of you time too.

CLASSES

Ballet Dancer on Floor

Objective - Barre Burn

A full-body burn that makes raising your heart rate fun. The HIIT training format and use of the barre is highly efficient and keeps your body burning fuel long after you’ve left our studio. Let's spike your heart rate and get the most out of your time!

Pilates Practice on a Reformer

Objective - Reformer Pilates

A reformer pilates class can level up your workout and maximise results. This unique piece of equipment provides a ton of variety for an incredible full-body workout in minutes. You will use controlled movements, weights and exercises to sculpt and tone your entire body.

Objective - Circuit Sweat

Boot camps can be fun! Our high energy HIIT style class is made up of 7-minute drills, aimed at building strength, and burning calories and, of course, testing your limits!

Yoga Practice

Objective -  Stretch  & Sip

A perfect compliment to your challenging workouts. Our stretch class helps to let you flow. We use different props to aid in massaging and deep stretching.  With a dash of pilates principals and a little bit of meditation we will help to ease tight muscles, and experience a full-body relaxation, with a bonus glass of wine.

Objective - Pilates Tone

The best of pilates and functional fitness, our tone classes offer serious sculpting in the form of exercises that deliver every time! Tune-up and tighten with an emphasis on core, arms, glutes and thighs. No frills (but plenty of burn).

Yoga Class

Objective - Yoga Flow

Slow down and relax.

 

A wholesome yoga practice peppered with gratitude, stretches and long holds. Let's ease any stress and tension you’re keeping around. It is your new Sunday ritual.
