With International Woman's Day just passed, think that it is an opportune time to say a huge thank you to all of you. It is because of you that our space is so special.
Sometimes our days are not all rainbows and butterflies, and yes, we have done the 1000 load of washing and cleaned more crap of the kitchen floor (thanks oh so clean kids). Yet, here you all are, turning up to class to allow yourself a little 'me' time.
Gosh, I am freaking proud of you.
We often don't put our needs in front of others, so thank you for taking the hour out of your day to come to class and give back to yourself. It needn't be the best class or the hardest workout (well done you if it is), but you showed up, and that speaks volumes.
