Easy As Dressing

So you have made you perfect salad, and then what? You need to dress that goodness appropriately. Right? Salads need some love too, I promise. So here is one of my many go to dressings that will make your salad sing out loud. You can add all the ingredients into a jar and just shake the sh*t out of it, no need for fancy kitchen equipment here.


Oil (olive or your go to choice) - 1/4 Cup

Tahini - 3 Tbsp.

Rice Malt Syrup - 1 Tbsp.

Apple Cider Vinegar - 1/4 Cup

Herbamare Sea Salt - to taste

Pepper - to taste

Garlic - 1 clove or 1 Tsp.


I often just go off taste (using the above as a guide), and then add whatever extra I need as I go. Also, it depends how much salad dressing you want/need, as this fab-ness can store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.


So shake and dollop this creamy (without the cream) goodness on your salad. Or on you toast, instead of butter and top our favourite, the good old avocado. Use it wherever the need may strike you. I certainly do.
